Magicka/stamina recovery glyphs

With all the little changes to help the standardization and consistency across traits, mundus stones and sets, they completely overlooked this one. Spell/weapon damage and magicka/stamina equate 1:1 now, except for on these glyphs. Here they get a 169 recovery compared to 174 damage. So fix this one please, my ocd can't handle it.
