Do tradeable dungeon drops keep their level on trade or do they change to the new person's level?

I'm not sure where I could find this information, but in dungeons, a typical four-person group can have a largely varying level difference. If I'm looking for a specific set and it drops for someone at a different level than mine, whether drastically higher or lower and they decide to give it to me, will it continue to be at that player's level and not change to my level?

Haquor✭✭✭✭✭They always stay the level of the person who it originally dropped for. Which ia why a lot of farm groups want everyone to be at least cp1603
