Constantly disconnecting, prevents me from shopping in crown store

Now that I actually have your attention...

200k upload, 0% packet loss, 14ms latency, and I disconnect constantly in vAS. There is no rhyme or reason for it and no consistent catalyst, except that it always happens within the first 10% of the trial. Every time.

I can't shop in your crown store if I can't stay connected. Please advise.

It is odd that it happens only with specific activities. If it happened more than just with vAS and the crown store I would suggest the digital signal that creates the data pipe (your actual connection to the internet) was collapsing.

When that type of problem occurs the internet connection is very healthy except during a split second but it is enough to cause a DC from the game. It is also something that the remote testing the phone-based tech support cannot detect easily.

Edit; Since it seems to happen only with specific activities I would suggest the standard Repair the launcher and shut down the PC and start it again. Do not use the restart option as that does not do a complete shutdown and fresh start up.

To be completely honest, I included the crown store bit because it seems to be the only thing they work quickly to repair. Yes, I'm a jerk, but I didn't actually lie. I can't spend if I'm not connected.

With regards to your response, if I can make it past the first big jump (10%), my connection to the game is super stable, aside from the usual skill lag on xbox. It's such an odd thing, and now that I think about it, it's usually the moment the first steam breath goes out that it happens. I don't know if it's a graphics thing or what, but it's making it impossible to complete the achievement the team is going for.

This started after the last patch.
