Note that Ilambris has a duration of 10 seconds with Elfbane but a cooldown of 8 seconds, however due to the new limitation that was introduced, you cannot have 2 seconds of double fire rain because there can only be one at a time.This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.

It should. I haven't tested it but as far as I know it does have a 100% uptime on the spell damage buff. Domihaus is definitely a good set with Elfbane in stationary fights, especially in Sunspire where the dragons are big enough to take damage from the fire ring.This Bosmer was tortured to death.
