I was especially looking forward to this year’s event, given that last year the constant crashing took out my PS4 and required a couple of days of data recovery. I ended up on a dead campaign for the remainder out of fear and got very little AP.
The crashes haven’t been a problem this year, thankfully. The queues have been though.
My home campaign, Gray Host, typically has wait times of 1 hour up to 3 hours on the weekend. So, I queue for a guest campaign instead.
Also, those estimates for other guest campaigns have been considerably inaccurate and on the extremely low side.
Before the event, there were at most 2 bars of my alliance on when I logged for daily PvP. I guess I am wondering if anyone, regardless of whether that is their home campaign or not, is allowed to queue? You created new campaigns for the event, but they are almost empty whenever I take a look.
If anyone is allowed to queue for my 30 day standard campaign, which I assume may be the case, why should I have to lose my rank as a daily PvP player to play on a guest campaign to be able to play at all?
If this is true, please consider making the main 30 day campaign during the event only allow those who has it set as their home be allowed to queue and play.
