Allow Guilds to change alliance

Hey!
Now that Alliance change tokens exist for characters now..
I think Guilds should be able to request a change in alliance through CS Tickets just like with Names. It might not matter too much to other people, but it would be a nice touch as some guilds may be well too established to delete and re-make it under a different alliance. (And, By too established- I mean, If they've already so many people in the guild; Since when deleting a guild, It requires you to manually remove everyone. Not an easy ask when you have 400+ people. Also by established is when, well, the guild is already a year old and or has a trader.)

In addition to that,
I think Guilds should offer a "Multiple Selection" option to select multiple members to mass-remove, Mass-promote, or Mass-demote. Doing it all manually is time consuming itself.

The guild leader could just make an alt of whatever alliance they'd like to change to and then transfer leadership, it's a few extra steps but it is a solution for now.

How does this work when an account can have toons of different alliances? Does it go by whatever toon the GM happens to log into first on the alt account? Or is it somehow transferring ownership within the same account?

If our guilds have to be restricted to a single alliance designation still, even though many guilds accept players of all alliances, then I’m happy with mine, but I’m curious to know how it’s determined.

They meant a second ESO account.

EDIT: Does that work though? I've never been a GM.

I know it's possible to send a ticket asking for a name change, you can probably ask to have the alliance changed as well.

I would assume an alt account, yeah, since I’m struggling to understand how transferring ownership to the same account would work. But let’s say that the alt account has toons of different alliances. How would the game know which alliance to reassign the guild to?

I’m a GM, but I didn’t found the guild. It was always AD, and I only have AD toons, so this particular question never occurred to me.

The idea that guilds are alliance bound is utterly ridiculous and serves no purpose.

I think its a relic of the time before one tamriel when you could only interact/play with player of your alliance outside of cyrodiil

Online Support will not change a guild's Alliance, sorry.

It's been confirmed by GMs ... including a PvP guild I am in.

Next up, allow alliances to change alliances.

King Jorunn is lobbying to change the Ebonheart Pact name to "Pit Daemons" in wake of a recent streak of good luck in Battlegrounds ...
