Four tickets a day plus more that can be acquired with in-game gold through Gifting (and safely done through vetted sellers in the crown sales discords).
Regardless of how people might feel the event is structured, that's a generous base to start and allows people some flexibility in how they can get what they want from the event store.

For people who are farming the style pages, yes absolutely. Would be nice if you could just spend at the end to finish your collection instead of getting a duplicate of something you bought from the store and now have to get rid of.
