Homes for Sale! Eidetic Memory

Received the item "Room to Spare" Housing Brochure through the level up advisor, mistakenly deleted it. Apparently it's needed for Eidetic Memory completion and none of the other quest starters (Crown Store, Felande Demarie, Housing Brochure) give the item for the quest. Is it gone forever? The item is also character bound, so I can't trade it with myself.

Aisleyne✭✭✭✭✭After you complete the quest, you should be able to find both of the housing entries (Anthology of Available Abodes and Seeking Tenant) in the Inns outside the door to your room. I'm not sure about the later DLC rooms, but I know the base inns have them nearby. Seeking Tenant (which is the one I think you're probably talking about) is a bit harder to notice. If that is indeed the one you're looking for and you have trouble finding it, let me know which place you're looking and I can be more specific with it's location.1 -

Aisleyne✭✭✭✭✭I couldn't say for certain, but I do think it's very likely you need the Morrowind Chapter. It's basically the document that sends you there to start the chapter questline. Here's the map so you can check anyway though:
