So the achievement says: "Capture an Imperial District during the Midyear Mayhem." What does this exactly involve? I have been to a district and stood at the flag while the blue circle goes up, but did not get the achievement. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

✭This achievement seems to be heavily bugged, I have also experienced the exact same issue during the previous MYM.
Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any solution other than "just keep capturing districts until it gives you credit".
IIRC, it helps if you actually engage the flag NPC guards in combat - when I tried to stand on the flag shortly after the guards have been already killed by other players, it would never work.
Another thing I've noticed, moving away from the flag appears to cause you to lose your "credit", even if you only move just outside of the capture radius to avoid bombers.2 -
