Dark Heart of Skyrim Q3&4 Wishlist - what would you like to see?

Now that Greymoor has been out for a while and a lot of the collectibles have already been collected by now, what are items, cosmetics or houses would you like to see added in the upcoming releases? What would be a wasted opportunity if it didn't get released this year?

I'd like to see:
  1. a small player home in the middle of snowy nowhere, similar in size to the Cyrodiilic Jungle House in the new Nordic style purchasible for gold to fulfill our hermit fantasies
  2. a motif in the Reachmen aesthetic that is more up to date than Barbarian and Primal
  3. a Falmer motif+skin+personality combination or alternatively a single polymorph
  4. in the likely case Q4 is set in the Reach, the dwemer city of Arkngthamz before the earthquakes of TESV destroyed it with more lore on Aetherium

    * More hairstyles
    * Tab "safe" in inventory (like "trash") with items that don't show up while selling or deconstructing (also consumabes, bascially everything taggable as "safe")
    * Radio buttons "inventory" and "bank" while deconstructing" so you can switch either or both on and off
    * In-game TTC (but real time) at least for rare stuff
    * Option to pay 1 week worth of horse training in advance
    * Doors for furnishing
    * "Save gear/skill setup" option (1, 2 3 and 4 slots)

    these things should have been in the game from the start and are long overdue.
    Quality > quantity

    Those do look good but they aren't really related to Skyrim, Vampires or Witches etc at all.
    Can you think of anything that you would want to see added that wouldn't fit into a different chapter/year-long story?

    I'm hoping that they rework the Kyne's Aegis sets to actually be useful. I feel like they're going to go live with the LA/HA changes instead, so I doubt that's going to happen.

    Hell, I'll take ANY magicka DD set (crafted, overland, trial) that's useful and powerful. Bonus points if it's frost-based for my magwarden.

    I really like Unhallowed Grave, so I hope they continue putting out DLC dungeons that are actually fun.

    MOAR ANTIQUITIES, hopefully introduced fairly regularly.

    I think introducing the College of Winterhold would be a good opportunity for another skill line, and/or to address some pain points that magsorcs have (half our bars being taken up by useless skills for essential passives), and update some animations, particle effects and textures (daedric pet skins are a big one).

    I'd like to see the Conjuration school of magic:
    • Bound weapons! I'm not sure how it would be implemented, but this is the perfect way to give people magicka melee weapons.
    • Conjure Familiar! A magicka wolf summon with a permanent effect, like the daedric pets and warden bear. Should deal magic or elemental damage (can morph to choose element?)

    Also I want a small cottage on a big plot of snowy, mountainous land. And I want more structural furnishings.

    And I want a wolf pet the size of the Solitude wolf but in black. :p

    Besides the obvious server performance requirements I'd like to see

    - Balancing of some very obviously over performing item sets for example Venomous Smite & Grothdarr
    - New Mythic items/Antiquity Leads
    - Small combat tweaks for example Necro siphon/tether (this ability has gone back to its clunky phase where you have it hit it numerous times for it to actually fire after they put it back on the GCD)
    - Better and more rewarding DLC Dungeons & Trials
    - Opening up an additional CP/NO CP Cyrodiil Campaign since the sneaky population cap stealth reduction

    I think one of our our Q3 dungeons is going to be in Hammerfell, explaining how the leader of the Grey Host became so or where he's been all this time. I'd love the other to be in High Hrothgarr, I think the mountain could be a really neat stage for a 4-man. I suspect it might be vampire-related though, either in Blackreach or maybe involving the Volkihar and what they've been up to while the other clans are busy.

    I'm actually surprised we haven't heard anything yet.

    Last year, Scalebreaker and Dragonhold were announced at E3 at the beginning of June for August and October releases. With E3 being cancelled, I'm surprised we haven't gotten any news about it this year. I'd assume that the two dungeons are pretty close to done - they may be delayed into September or so, but it's not like they don't exist at all.

    I'm interested to see where they go with the next set of things. Everyone's predicting the Reach, so it'd be fun to see Markarth (especially since the Reachmen are in control), and I'm kinda curious about the new bit of Blackreach that's getting added too (since the in-game Blackreach map is oddly off-centered and has a large expanse to the west...and another to the Northeast that woudn't match with the TESV Blackreach.

    Now things aren't lining up exactly (the Hjaalmarch Great Lift is pretty well in a line with the other two Great Lifts in Western Skyrim, but it's decently south of the other two when in Blackreach), but it does seem to extend beyond Skyrim's borders into Wrothgar, and doesn't reach far enough south to hit Markarth without modifying geography. The northern bit extends into the Sea of Ghosts.

    ...maybe I'm overthinking that...

    But still, I'm interested to see what's going to come.

    As for the dungeons, there are some zones with more dungeons than others...and some DLC zones that still have none. Counting the I/II as two different dungeons, this is how many dungeons are in each zone:

    For the next dungeon DLC I'm willing to put money on Volkihar Castle being one of them. I don't see how they can do a major plotline involving vampires in Skyrim and not have at least teasers about Lord Harkon and family.

    I'd like to see a better storyline in the minizone DLC, to finish off the (pretty disappointing) main Greymoor main quest cliffhanger.

    Lore-wise, any skyrim/Blackreach location would do, but thematically ZoS are pretty much committed to a vampire bad guy already, at least for the minizone - the dungeon DLC might feature other nasties. I know dwemer have been gone for a while already, but... I wouldn't mind a dwemer-themed dungeon with some unique bosses, and perhaps a hint of what happened to the dwarves...

    • Most of the furnishings and building component recipes we didn't get with the Chapter's release
    • A lovely snowy cabin somewhere as a player home
    • Release of the Champion point revamp, but only if it will blow our minds
    • For the first time ever, I will also be requesting more of the same: more of this incredible recreation of Skyrim's landscape which still amazes me at every turn

    Dwarven home in Blackreach. It’s one of my dream homes to have.

    1. I'll start off with a big thumbs up: the Antiquities system is awesome and well implemented; there are a few items missing but that'll get fixed. The leads are ACCOUNT bound but expire and that's fine by me. The furnishing are are bound so it won't be a gold sink but they are not unique, have several of a bunch of them.

    2. Someone mentioned a snowy, more open space housing lot, love the idea, something like Moon-Sugar with snow would be incredible especially if they bumped up the slots (coding issue maybe?) so you could build your whole amazing house from scratch.

    3. Maybe another coding issue but free in-game hair and skin color changes, Many good markings just don't work with some skin tones. The hair color? IRL beard and hair color usually don't match but switching between different combos in the appearance tab just doesn't end up well so it would be nice to make some adjustments without spending 1000 (?) crowns.

    4. PVP is not my thing so I have no wish list there.

    And one more thing to add to #2, more building materials such as shorter boards and planks, angle platforms to use for walls, that sort of thing to more easily build that house.
