got hacked

My steam got compromised and some 1 logged into my account in ESO spend all my crowns and spend all my gold,i managed to recover my account from steam changed emails and passwords everywhere but my crowns are still gone i send a ticked to bethestha support do i need to send one here also can i somehow hope for fast response

That is awful! You must be livid.
Did you check your credit card or PayPal if you have that on there. Nor that they had a field day with that to.

yes i changed everything already interesting thing is only my eso stuff were touched nothing else.
I send a ticket in hope i can get a quick response.

ZOS should be able to trace where the crowns and gold went. The person that received benefits from it should be banned, but I have a feeling it will be tied to a gold seller.

Ive thought so too but i have no idea how my email for steam got compromised i found out there waa logging from different country and the guy that logged in forgot to delete gift tab and i now know his/her id it can be changed now but its something

If u use same email and same password for different games its prity easy to get "hacked". A lot of game companies try not to publish information, when they get major user data leaks. One of great examples was ubisoft years back. On day I start to get notifications in my email, that people from different countries try to get in my ubisoft account. Later ubisoft came up with statement, that there was a data leak. So everyone who had same email and same password as it was for ubisoft account, accounts were hacked on different game platforms too.
Always use double verification, so at least u will prevent u from sad situations.

I have a hard time believing ZOS doesn't have some way of tracking @name changes ingame, so as long as you provide that information to them once they respond to the ticket, they should be able to track who did it even if they try to change their ingame name.

Also, a heads-up because a lot of people don't know this, but the first response you get back about the ticket will be a generic system-generated one that might not even have anything to do with what you reported. Reply back to that ticket (don't make a new one) explaining your problem again, and your next response should be from a CS agent. I've heard some people get the system responses twice, though, so if that happens just keep replying to the mails you get from them in response to the ticket.

Will do for sure i am waiting for them to respond and ill send screens i got, i wont even log in my acc so everything stays as the way it was.... i got abit bummed about all that ;/
