Vampiric Fountain, Bat Swarm (Nightfall Crown Crates). Is it the one that affects vampire stage?

Not sure if this had been asked yet, but is this fountain the one that was on the PTS that affected your vampire stage? Would like to know before buying

Paradisius✭✭✭✭No, the fountain that does that is the "Basin of Loss". Part of the Vampiric Libations furnishing pack that will hit the crownstore...eventually. (Not in this months showcase, so probably July) The pack also comes with a thrall that you can use to increase your Vampire stage at home5 -
