Why can't ZOS just create a War Mode type toggle that lets you play in a PVP instance of the non-cyrodiil world, and a Peace Mode toggle for Cyrodiil? Why does it have to be one or the other and a big ego contest?
I feel that is why so many cool changes people suggest never actually get implemented. Because they focus too much on the adversarial attitude and ZOS just says "screw it this will create too much hostility."
People should try proposing their ideas in a non-mutually exclusive and less combative way.
While they are at it with the instance changes, why not have a difficulty slider that changes the monster abilities, health, and damage in the world based on your setting, by putting everyone with difficulty set at a certain level in their own "world instance" like War/Peace Mode?
