This very much. I have known women who have been harassed in-game and this idea would give those harassers the ability to stalk players.

I do not think Zos needs to listen to see how bad this would be and would not bring anything positive to the game.

If you're talking about ability to set your character to follow another character - I'm all in with the suggestion. Most other mmos have the function and it's just convenient. If you need to go afk but your peers are moving forward through zone/trial/dungeon - you can simply put yourself on follow and resolve your irl issue meanwhile without having to catch up the group later.
