cannot buy a new character slot

I cannot purchase a character slot even though they're currently on sale. I have 16/18 slots on the character screen.

Had the same problem, was solved after logging on another char and buying more slots there.

If the suggestion posted above does not help, please let us know any error messages coming up when attempting to make the purchase.

Have you tried to just make a character?

It looks to me that you have 18 character slots available, but you are only using 16.

18 is the max amount you can have.
