Where to send....

If one has ideas for this game or the future elder scrolls game, where do I send a email to?

I realise this forum is only for eso and if this question is not allowed then I understand that when it is closed.

For ESO you can give feedback in the forum or via the ingame function. The single player TES games are made by Bethesda Game Studios and not ZOS, definitely somewhere else, but I doubt mailing Todd Howard will show any result.
