From what I understand he was a popular Pvp Player in a big Ps4 Pvp Guild that took his own life sadly and they had this big thing for him where every faction ceasefired and had a memorial in Cyrodiil it was really touching to see the Pvp Community do something like that for him. Zenimax put in this bear as a in game remembrance to him. Which is quite touching and I'm glad Zenimax did it for the Ps4 Pvp Community.
