Feel Like Leaving the Game... I wish...

For the first time in over 2 years, I am seriously considering giving up on ESO.

I know "no one cares", right?
Hopefully, someone at zos might.

Background on how i play: I play PS4, as a 75k dps magBlade.

1) I'm tired of serious, fundamental bugs
2) I'm tired of glitches
3) I'm tired of drastic changes to the stuff I worked hard to master/perfect

I know you are building your game to attract new players and make it easier for them to get good.
That's fine, but do it without making advanced players hate the game.
Make it easier for new people to be good, fine. But don't make it harder for advanced players to even maintain their dps, etc.

I know you can't "fix the lag"
I'm not even asking for that.
I'm asking for an interface that works with the lag.
That IS something you can do.

I simply need feedback from the game, as to whether or not my button presses went through to the server and are going to be accepted as valid commands that will actually happen in the game.

As it stands right now, if i press the potion button, for example, the game makes a sound as if I drank the potion, regardless of if I actually was able to drink it or not. If I press the circle button or L1, the indicator on my skill bar lights up, making it look like my skill was cast, regardless of whether or not it matches the gCD or whatever.

What I'm asking for is very simple... get rid of the in-game feedback that makes me think I successfully did things I didn't do, and add in-game feedback that helps me realize if I failed to do what I pressed a button for.

Another problem, especially for consoles, is that your HUD is not suitable for perfecting dps

In game buff-tracker is absolute horror (at least for ps4). It completely distracts from game immersion, and distracts from playing the mechs and strategy too, because I can't look at the screen when I have to spend one or two seconds sorting through 24 tiny squares to find the buff I am trying to track.

Just build a decent in-game tracker: show both skill bars at the same time (emphasize the active one), and put the timers ON the skill boxes.

The current buff tracker can be used for buffs that arent related to things I do with my buttons (achem) when, frankly I don't really need to worry about anyway.

Please, I really don't need any of the new stuff you are working on. I just need this basic stuff, and I need it bad.

I don't even need a new end-game trial that just has the same frustrating gameplay experience. Fix the basic gameplay experience please. I am begging you, because ESO was a really fun part of my life for about 2 years, and I would love to keep it that way.

    Greetings,

As this is a Quitting thread, it has been closed. Please refer to the portion of our Forum Rules on Goodbye/Quitting threads below:
Goodbye/Quitting Threads: We understand that sometimes people will leave the ESO community, and want to post a “goodbye” or “quitting” thread. Generally, we have found that “goodbye” and “quitting” threads have a tendency to go downhill fast. It is our policy to read the feedback in “goodbye” and “quitting” threads and close them, regardless of whether they are constructive or not.
    Thank you for your understanding.
