A bunch of my guild have all the achievements and still aren't able to get the lead.

not really. Just the purple ones. I got tired of digging up the same green and blue ones, so I only did enough to get to max level.
I was missing one purple, and once I got it, the lead for the coin showed up for me. There are plenty of zones where I only dug one green and one blue. -

That goes without saying. You need to dig a green to get a blue, and a blue for the purple treasure. I can confirm what KMarble said, I had a couple of zones with only one green and one blue when it spawned for me. -

I think if you scry some of the early zones before you level up your skill, it may not give you the purple.
Maybe have to go back to those zones and confirm you did the purple. -

Purple items you’ve scryed and excavated do show up in your Codex, @Pink_E_808 ... so check there.

TooWeak2Live✭✭If you're on PC, try the Display Leads addon, that will make it trivial to find the ones you missed.

Pink_E_808✭✭✭@Taleof2Cities I did just try that, too, thank you and I have them all. I also went to Auridon, as that was one of the first places I started looking, and tried scrying the green and blue again just in case and didn't get the purple, so I've definitely done it.
@TooWeak2Live unfortunately, I am on ps4, so no add ons. -
Pink_E_808✭✭✭I figured it out! I thought I had gotten the blue and purple treasure in Western Skyrim, but I only have the (blue) face/body markings and the (purple) coronet adornment and snow prince chair. Lol at myself 🤦♀️ and thank you for the replies!
