Australian Ping and vMA

I am over being killed outside of red in this arena. I have been getting 1 and 2 death runs all day and every flawless is being ruined by some ping related death... Players with 300 ping should really get a buff because it is literally harder to complete content when you are Australia...

On a side note... "thanks" for putting in perfected weapons to make old content "worth" doing again... People with 300 ping are so happy to be back in this mess...

you get used to it. Its the spikes that can get ya but yea, 300 ping is like normal so have learned to adjust. Check out some YouTube, there are folks that do it no worries...guy named Clive and others.

Nah its all good. If I farmed it more I could get a flawless but I am only back for the perfected inferno. Which I already got but they decided to make another one.

Im fine with my 1 and 2 death runs... cbf repeating content like that for a title I wont use.

Im in US west coast and am getting horrible latency lag in vMA, 16ping and 100mbps download so your fkin outback connection is obviously affecting mine xD but for seriousness it may be worse Atm cause of greymoor launch, though I didn’t start getting the real bad latency delay lag till about 1am Mountain Time (which is when a lot of the dingo’s start getting on so I stand by my first accusation, kidding but not kidding too, it’s a conspiracy I think is real) and the lag before then was fine I did 3 flawless runs in a row.... so yeah either outback lag is affecting the server lag or it’s greymoor launch making it particularly worse then the usual, probably the latter xP dying to latency sucks donkey ***.

Where are you? I've stopped using Mudfish to NA because I routinely get around 240 these days (SE Melbourne, Bigpond cable), except when the net glitches like it's doing at the moment. I used to get much worse lag but since they seem to have sorted out the Akamai abomination I genuinely haven't been seeing what people are still complaining about.

I use exit lag, it has always been more reliable for me than mudfish. Without a vpn I used to get close to 400ping and had a few 1 and 2 death runs. On 300ping I had no problem getting flawless on all classes but for some classes it took quite a few runs. (putting up with the stuff you mention and worse)

It is way laggier for me than its ever been. I did a stamplar flawless as my first run back in Greymoor but it is no fun in there. Miserable on our ping.

It is doable, I promise... although I got mine back in July '19. On cable, not NBN though. Having just started the new Skyrim zone and experienced the worst lag ever, I'm not sure I would even want to go back into VMA, so I wish you luck.

i coud not have said it better. their "performance improvement roadmap" was just a publicity stunt. what's worse is that they thought hey could fool anyone by it. i mean, do they even play their game? every patch it gets worse and worse. latency issues, lag spikes, it looks like they think that people will just not notice all that and believe them..

Hi @LadyLethalla you were around the same time I was trying for a completion back then, hope you are well. At the time I was on EU with (with MudFish) 370-400 ping, must have taken me close to 6 months, but then managed to semi farm it for a bit. I stopped playing for a year when my ping went north of 450 and it became unplayable. Started all over again on NA a few months ago, now ping 270-330 and having a ball and don’t even have to do MA on vet!

Yeah the latency sucks I feel you man, especially during stage 7 and the final one with so many layers of mechanics. Only way I could consistently farmed it was with that 1 bar pet sorc build

Stage seven is awesome.

My favorite part is how the poison plants explode and even though you are outside of them they still hit you.

The only thing that is better is how once it explodes and hits you while you are outside of their circle you go to the cleansing pool and even though you are inside of it you get a few extra hits before it is gone.

I actually love spending money to subscribe just so I can get hit by things I am not in and have those extremely heavy damage ticks still ticking on me while I am in the area that should stop it.

I shouldn't be spending money on subscribing to this game. *shrug*
