CP is a crutch for people who can’t sustain and want to be "tanky" so they aren’t immediately punished for making mistakes.
Ok, very simple question:
Does the Cruel Flurry set bonus (which adds weapon damage to the next single target DoT) proc the next use of Flurry (which is a single target DoT)? I have a feeling the answer is "no, because single target DoTs aren't all really single target DoTs and consistency is really more of a 'guideline' ", but figured I would ask before wasting time in Maelstrom.

By the way, it's more than just the "next" DoT now. If the site you're using says that, use a different site.

Rapid strikes is not a DoT, its a channeled direct damage ability.

can check this site out for any ability. it works with deadly strike set since it's a channeled ability tho.

The laat tick of dmg appear white to indicate it is direct attack. This change was made like 2 patches ago along with japs to be considered direct dmg and proc sets advancing yokeda, raveger (pre nerf), and other direct dmg related attacks. It was 1 of the main reasons you see magplars with 2H ulti in pvp pre onslught nerf.
