Stablemasters friendly to Vampires?

Are there any stablemasters that are friendly toward vampires so that I can upgrade my mount? If not, what are my options?

And my apologies if this question has already been asked and answered.

    I believe the vamp skill mesmerize can be casted on the stablemaster so you can interact with them.
