If it can't detect the input the add-on wouldn't work. Maybe if a certain level of latency was reached instead?

I don't think that's possible, unless they've changed anything with the API during the last update (haven't seen any API patch notes).

While it is possible to add custom textures to the game via AddOns, it isn't possible to add custom audio files. I don't think there is a laugh in the game that could be used (might be wrong on this one).

Using Meteor on a critter.
Using a skill marked as "criminal act" inside of a town and getting a bounty.
Dying in vMA, vDSA or vBRP.
Breaking a lockpick.
Blocking when out of stamina.
Casting a skill without magicka.
Dying by taking fall damage.
Pressing Jabs as a stamplar.

I think it would be better to make a farting sound every time your skills or block and roll don't work when they should.

How about being in combat for XX seconds without doing or receiving damage? To cheer up Cryodiil experience. Or would Benny Hill tune be more suitable for that?

I would go to Cyrodiil more often if the Benny Hill sound track played there!

I love the idea of a laugh track and, hell yes, I would use it! My favorite, so far, is dying jumping off a cliff.

It could play when you get a bounty while crafting because your clannfear ran off and got involved in another player's fight with a guard.

I've played Yakety Sax before during a siege with the in-game music off. Also 70s disco classics. Really makes a difference. I'd like to see a video of people running in a circle around a tower, a tree, etc. with Yakety Sax as the soundtrack.

Actually if addon can not easily trigger on "stuck in combat", just trying to mount while in combat would do.
