UI bug when selling to fence

How are we still getting major ui bugs in basic things on console? Can't sell the things I rightfully aquire before the previous owner finds out right now.

    Can’t sell to fence on ps4 now.

    Same thing on Xbox NA. I can't sell to any fence.
