Which Add-ons after 2 year hiatus?

Hi all!
I lived in Tamriel for 1300+ hours of gameplay then quit pretty much all gaming for 2 years. With this pandemic and extra time on my hands since I can't be social IRL I've decided to try out ESO again. I can barely remember how to play! 😆
All of that aside, I noticed that all of my add-ons are out of date. So two questions:
1) which add-ons are currently most useful and functional?
2) what's the current site I should use to downliad them?
