Is this literally the same exact boss (Granted, different models for the mage) from the Frostvault dungeon? The only thing that is new here about it is that the mage does not teleport away. Yea, it's just the exact same fight. Only difference is the Mages model + he doesn't teleport. I was hoping for something new out of this, but all of it is just a reused story / Models and fights. Nothing special from this so far except the antiquities + The dwemer wolf mount which is actually a new color design, rather than a reskin.

It's Apex wolf model from Dwarven crown crates, with same color design as Ebon radiant apex senche from those crates.

Ebon wolf was datamined in 2018, together with recolors of all Dwemer Radiant Apex mounts. We were wondering when they will release them and how, and now it seems like they all might be added as antiquities in future?

I too have noticed a lot of reuse throughout the game.

Would be nice if we had different looking things with different mechs instead of same looking things with different mechs.

Does my head in when I see a same thing and it does something different.

It's new and it's a new color layout, rather than an actual full, straight up recolor. The color placement is unique, unlike every other actual recolor we get with every mount ever.
