Dragonknight - Molten Armaments (Molten Weapons morph) not applying Major Brutality to allies

Notes:

• I submitted a ticket ingame for this on PTS (200605-011106).
• I checked this on the PTS server first and then confirmed on the current Live Greymoor patch.
• This only specifically effects the Molten Armaments morph of Molten Weapons. The base ability and other morph function as intended.

Issue:

• Molten Armaments states that it grants friendly group members Major Brutality and Major Sorcery (just like the other two morphs) in addition to increasing your personal heavy attack damage. Currently this ability is not functioning as intended and Major Brutality is not being applied to group members when the ability is used.

Solution/Expected Behavior:

• Molten Armaments should apply both Major Brutality and Major Sorcery to group members as the tooltip states and in line with the base ability and other morph functionality.

As of April 22nd 2021 the bug still persists.
Either Molten Armament's description or it's behavior should be changed.
