"Prismatic Core" Quest Crash

Game Crashes when Queen Palolel (One of the enemies that appear in the Prismatic Core quest) hits my character with a blue fireball attack.
Tested multiple times and can confirm that it only crashes when she uses the blue fireball move.

OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1500X Quad-Core
RAM: 8GB
GPU: Radeon RX 580

    I had the same problem. What you have to do is restart the game each time your game freezes five times so each time you end up back in the fight and further along with her health meter lowered. After I got back into the game the 5th time, I showed up with Queen Palolel dead and I was able to grab her loot and continue the game. It sounds strange but it worked for me.

    Same thing... I finally jumped the lava to the left, in 3rd person view. Took the lich out with a staff from a distance. Worked!

    I see this is still an issue for many, even on PC. I'm on PS4, and we've been dealing with this very problem as well. The only "solution" has been to play in 3rd person. 1st person has been having a large amount of freezes and CTD, especially when an enemy uses a "Lich" or "necromancer" type ability. For whatever strange reason, it is apparently more common with Warden toons. Since switching to 3rd person, I've had zero freezes or CTD. This also is effecting 1st person PvP, again, switching to 3rd person "fixes" it.
