One more bug ?.... Lead impossible to use.... [solved]

I got a gold lead in South Elsweyr ; I am level 9 ; I am supposed to be able to use it ; but I just cannot.
it appears in my quest, lead section ; but when on the map, in the good area, nothing
I cannot use it ; I cannot abandon it ; I am just stucked with it
I made a ticket ; I have zero hope to get help from that ticket tho lmao ; playing since the beta just killed all my hopes since long...
Moons-Blessed Ceremonial Pool is the lead.
Is someone else meeting the same kind of bug?

It's not gold, it's "ultimate".
You need level 10.

I believe gold leads are master level and require level 10 scrying. Not a bug.

@Inaya no infact as I scryed already a tone of gold leads

Ultimate --> needs lvl 10, color : gold

Easy mistake to make. Look at the lead, it'll say "ultimate" instead of "master"

Exactly this, and it also states that you don't have high enough skill to scry it.

@Cres @preevious thank you, that is helpfull and could explain, yes ; tho I don't see where it's written on the lead

(and I have zero message about " that I don't have high enough skill to scry it" ; it just not appears.)

What sometimes happens: if you already "sreached" the lead and you have 1 location to go and you run to the location (more often happens when you are on mount) the location wont turn "blue" and you can not use your tool to find the excavation side, when that is the case try /reloadui after the loading screen the area turns "blue" and you can use your tool, i heard some not up to date ad-ons could cause problems, but if you can not even use the lead to sreach for the location... then i can not help.(well or it is an "ultimate lead", like others said above).

It'll tell you when in the Scryable section. It should say "Requires Insight 5/5" and also say Ultimate somewhere.

You have to be in the actual zone under the scryable section, looking up the lead by zone doesn't give you all the information unfortunately.

Yes, you were, but you didn't look at the "scryable" tab. The first, highest one. It's written there.

Click on the "Scryable" at the top left of the journal, it'll display more information about that lead than what you're showing in the screenshot

You selected stross m'kai in the list of zone. Don't. You have a big "scryable" just above zone list. click that one.

I:m guessing it's some backend reason about which rarity category the leads are classified as. Both Master and Ultimate in this case are considered Legendary quality by the game.
