My current setup:
- 5x seducer (heavy, full sturdy for permablock)
- 5x transmutation
- maelstrom resto
- random monster set

Is this setup still viable?

You should be fine with that setup, @Steev_z.

I try to target the following stats for PvP healing:

40k Magicka
26k+ Health (with Battle Spirit)
2k Spell Damage
2k+ Magicka Recovery
2k+ Crit Resistance
