Elder Scrolls on Google Stadia... Anyone familiar?

So I read a brief article that ESO was going to Google Stadia. I was just wondering anyone familiar with Stadia? Ie. Could I just use my Chromebook to play it on? Or an old computer? Or even a Google tv? If that is the case, it sounds pretty cool.
