Resolution keeps resetting to 4k

I've tried deleting ShaderCache/UserSettings but no luck.
Every time I go into a new map area (zone, dungeon, part of a dungeon, into a building) my resolution goes to 4k. I usually play at 1080p since my monitor is kinda old school.
Help.

OneForSorrow✭✭✭✭Nevermind, I tracked the issue down to a couple addons I forgot I had that sync account settings. That would do it right?
