In-Game Clues For Antiquity Leads?

Are there any in-game clues for antiquity leads? Like there are for museum pieces and skyshards? I don't want to google where to find particular leads because I have always enjoyed finding museum pieces and skyshards on my own. But if there are literally no clues whatsoever for where to find leads and we are just flying blind, that is lame.

Or is there a method to the madness? Like, "every zone has a lead from harvesting," or "every zone has a lead from fishing," or "every 4-man dungeon has a lead", etc. I mean, I don't want to spend weeks clearing every delve in the game just to find out, "Oh, there is only one lead from a delve, and it is a 1% drop chance from a single boss in a single delve in Shadowfen."

I don't want leads handed to me on a platter, but I also don't want them to be a complete and utter mystery.

This is what bothers me about antiquities.

Afaik, if you don't have any prior knowledge from pts, you won't have any clue where they are. And afaik, there aren't any clues. It's not like you get hints from NPCs.

When I first started antiquities I was pretty excited about sleuthing for leads. But now it seems that the knowledge was built on pts and was published on launch. This took the excitement out.

And it's not like there is any variability.

There are some leads in fixed locations, either a tablet you read or npc you interact with.

There are some leads that come randomly from farming, opening pots, killing mobs, and they are tied to particular regions.

The high level leads, are mostly tied to a specific boss, but there are some that drop in a zone from killing mobs. I had to kill about 50 mobs in a beginner zone to get one yellow drop.

And what's worse, certain boss drops are about 25% chance so without knowledge from other players you would never find them all, unless had some sort of rotation where you did everything in a zone multiple times. Like...kill all the world bosses six times each, log 20 hours farming mats, etc.

Antiquities is a farming and time sink exercise. 10-15 hours up front maxing it out, then googling and finding pieces.

Wish they put more thought into it, like one lead that gives you text clues about others.
