Hakkvilds and Erstwhile Sanctuary Lighting Bugs

These homes have a notorious lighting bug for enchanted lights or lighting with strong ambient effects like varla stones. The lights just don't work until relogging in the home, which is obviously not possible for guests as they'll be kicked out to the open world upon logging out.
I've posted about this before, submitted a ticket, and found other threads that discuss it but still no ZOS response. I'd really like some kind of information on what we're supposed to do about the lighting bugs in these houses?

I posted here asking for some assistance for workarounds and was informed that this issue is also affecting the lunar realm in Jode's Embrace and the Hall of the Lunar Champion.0 -

LADYKiLLER✭✭✭Seems to be a recurring theme that many people have reported this problem, but have never heard back or received any acknowledgment at all. For my part, my own tickets re: this issue were never responded to. One person in the thread where I was asking for workarounds said he's been reporting it for years. I know this probably affects a small portion of the population because the houses it impacts are all notables and it only seems to be a specific type of lighting (varla stones, mushrooms, coda flowers, etc.) but can we get any kind of feedback here?0
