I type in the same info as I do for the site, is my account inactive? The error that pops up says maybe, but here it has active trial. So what is it? My info is right, so no idea.

We have updates on a few different issues related to login, loading, and Greymoor access in the thread linked below. The recent maintenance has helped resolve many issues that players were experiencing yesterday.
