It has been days. Multiple maintenances to fix. Still no access.

Please fix this. It's beyond unacceptable. With how bad the launch is, I'm sure they are overwhelmed with tickets and will be backed up for weeks.

I may not get to play something I payed for for WEEKS, if they don't figure out what they did and fix it on a mass scale.

I was already tilted about performance since update 25, but the release of this chapter - with virtually zero fixes to performance I might add - takes the cake.

I can't even get to the new content to distract myself from the abysmal performance. How am I supposed to stay positive?

It's so sad. I love this game. And this is the experience many are forced to have now.

This will go down as the single worst launch of any patch ESO has ever seen.

Should be ashamed.
