Access to Western Skyrim lost???

How is it I had access to the new chapter content yesterday and it is not letting me in today???

If you own it submit a ticket, if you don't then you shouldn't have access

I "own" ESO plus. In crown store "purchased" is greyed out. And the following excerpt comes from the ESO plus offering "As an ESO Plus member you have full access to all DLC game packs..."

You got in through a bug, as Greymoor is a chapter, and is not available through ESO+ (won't be until Q2 next year, when the next chapter releases). You have to purchase Greymoor to properly access Western Skyrim.

Chapters are not DLC the are considered expansions and not included in ESO plus until the next chapter is released. There was a glitch where people had access that should not have (didn't purchase chapter)

ESO Plus does not include chapters. Chapters are not DLC.

Chapters aren't DLC packs. Only the old ones turn into DLC whenever the next one is released. The crown store thing is a known visual bug they announced would happen.
So yeah, you're not meant to have access. Sorry!

Did you buy it? There was an issue with people who didn't purchase Greymoor being able to access it, which was supposedly corrected.

Unfortunately, because this is ZOS, people who did purchase the chapter have been unable to access it, and it seems the problem hasn't been fully solved.

If you don't own the chapter, I don't think you really have much reason to complain tbh. If you do, try submitting a ticket.

You have to manually go to their website if you wish to buy it. All the crown store would do is open the page in a browser window for you. Not much of a loss I promise

I would like to challenge you on what "DLC" is and is not however...that distinction is not clear enough in the marketing material at all, and seems to be a dodgy move. If new DLC is not included it should say so prominently on the page showing that as the primary advantage of holding ESO plus membership, but its not.

That challenge was put forth when they adopted this practice years ago. Unfortunately, that ship sailed long ago.

To put this simple, you get EVERYTHING except the newest chapter. Example skyrim came out and elswyr became a dlc included in eso+. So you will need to buy skyrim or wait for the next chapter to release next year.

We are still looking into issues with some players unable to access Greymoor. For players who own Greymoor and still cannot access Skyrim, please open a ticket with customer support. Please be aware that ESO Plus membership does not grant you access to The Elder Scroll Online: Greymoor content.
