Not only do we buy this game for $$ there are loyal players who love this game and pay for a subscription for ESO +... What's the PLUS exactly?!?! Still have to sit in 40-minute queues.
As a SUPPORTER and a PLUS member I EXPECT to be at the front of that DAMN queue over all the other PLEBS in this damn game.
NOT only that but I think it is WRONG on so many levels to make your player base WAIT 40 minutes to play the game.

@Iron_Butterfly you may want to try leaving the queue, and then rejoining. My initial queue to log in was 36 minutes and change, but it timed out. After I relogged, I got in in about 45 seconds.0 -

Which doesn't make it right. I waited through a 45 minute que, only to play for about 20 minutes, enter into a fun WB fight where me and one otehr guy were killing a boss together in the new zone...then I get DC'ed halfway through and am now sitting on a login que again
Not happy =_=; I also sub and bought the EP....but I'm more unhappy I missed out on a really fun fight that was way more entertaining than just zerging the boss down Legends never die

I thought it would be changes that people didn't like, especially vampire changes... but it's been entertaining nonetheless.

Queue jumps, absolutely. I've played more than a few MMOs where subscribers got to file in game tickets, and might actually get their issues resolved, if they were in game when a CS rep could get to them. However, in regard to your questions:

You get 1650 Crowns for being ESO plus. Basically all you did was promise to buy crowns for X months and got a bonus from that. That alone is already more than someone paying $15 a month to just buy crowns. In ADDITION:- You get access to all DLC
- Access to unlimited craft bag
- Access to more bank space
- Access to more furnishing slots
- Plus more
