I know this is worst case scenario for Zenimax.
Having to do everything remotely. Not having access to internal servers.
The Covid 19 epidemic. The massive amounts of players coming to Eso.
Then chapter release everyone has access to it, they take servers down then players that bought it can't access it.
Steam Players. Now I don't know if my refund then repurchase had an effect on my access. Because I did it to save money months ago. I did this so I could have more funds for Crowns. Because I just wanted the digital collectors upgrade and what I did was basically rebought everything and that was a waste of money so I went through steam and did that . So to save me like 30/40 something dollars and those saved dollars went to buy crowns so they still got that 80 something dollars from me.
Anyways now people that have content they payed for can't access it on Pc Na and they reactivated access on eu and everyone has the chapter. Everyone has access to it.
But yet I cannot access the content I payed for on Pc Na?
I don't care as much if people have content that I payed for for free. I just want to access the content I and others payed for.
Edit: Do not go to the chapter zone if you have not legit bought the chapter. Don't do it and don't exploit it.
Guess we Na Players won't have access till morning.
