Been seeing folks posting their Physical copies of the PS4 Greymoor upgrade. Seems a bit unfair, yea? Even if they can’t play it. Every other retailer has the release date for the 9th. What gives?

Yes, this is correct. All the physical CEs were supposed to be available on May 18 (updated to May 26). They noted that consoles would not get any in-game content for Greymoor (except the mount) before the console launch on June 2 (now June 9).
Retailers often have the wrong release dates. Amazon had the release date for the physical CE for all platforms (including PC/Mac) listed as June 2 for a very long time, for example, despite being shown the official announcement from ZOS/Bethesda that said it would be released May 18. (That was before the delay.)
If Best Buy is delivering the physical CE now, that is in accordance with ZOS/Bethesda's announcements. The other retailers are unfortunately late.0 -

The folks I’m reading post from are walk-in purchases. Not pre-orders or reservations. That’s why I was asking, especially after reading on here people who did pre-order are still waiting. Anyway, thanks for the replies.
