Pre-purchased Digital Greymoor, Accessed this morning now locked.

I prepurchased the pack a month ago and this morning I received my pre-purchase rewards and picked up quests in solitude. Now it's saying that I don't have the chapter even though in the crown store it shows it as purchased. Please help.

We are currently looking into this issue with some players not being able to access Skyrim.

An update has been posted here. The entitlement Greymoor Chapter grant for players who have not yet received their physical collector's edition was delayed. This entitlement should be going out later.
