First if you cant handle an mmorpg having issues including downtime during a launch wait a few days before logging in. Mmorpgs have been around since the 90s and EVERY SINGLE MMORPG EVER MADE has had and will have these issues. Deal with it or find a new hobby.
Second if you promise to never make a post like this again I will personally send you the 50 cents for your day.

They already got your money. Without providing a functional game. So why would they care?

I am sorry dude, if you willing to accept something that is not right, because it's always been like that. Fine live your life that way.
I will voice my opinion and live my life that way.
Thanks, Have a nice day!

This isn't baking a cake dude. No matter how long a PTS no developer can foresee what happens when millions log in at the exact same time.
It's not accepting it, it's being mature and understanding of the complexity of these games.
It's a video game if you want to live your life throwing a temper tantrum cause you cant log in for a couple hours and demand a 50 cent refund fine live your life like that.

I am also sorry that you are so accepting and forgiving towards ZoS. First of all not EVERY SINGLE MMO has this problem. Many of them have it once in a while, but none (of the big MMO's) for this long and still going.
Secondly, the NA server hasnt got this much trouble in months, even the PTS is situated in NA and they were able to clear stuff fast. So let me ask you a question: WHEN is a paying customer entitled to be annoyed and/or demand the service they payed for? Imagine an analogy in for example a restaurant or a hospital where you pay for a service and don't get what you asked for or not even get anything at all. I wonder if you would have the same patience and understanding as you show now. I think you than see how absurd your opinion is in this case.

Wrong. The biggest mmorpg ever still has issues EVERY UPDATE.

No one is saying it is right, they are saying it is the nature of MMOs. It shouldn't be but shizz happens you can either suck it up and do something else or raise your blood pressure and rage on the forums which is going to achieve nothing. Your choice.

Let me ask you, if its common, and obviously annoyance to many players should it still be OK, and accepted silently?
I feel that the annoyance should be voiced to force them to improve on the aspect thats failing.

This in not about me being entitled, ohh wait.. Yes it darn is about that, I pay money for a service, every month, and purchased the software initially. It is incredibly incompetent to launch a content update that you again have to pay for and it is broken. Do not even plan anymore update to this game until the development and infrastructure team learns how to deliver content updates. And dont even dare to ask for money until you are capable of making a functional piece of software.
