PS4 BOT FARMERS INTERFERING WITH PLAY

Not sure what’s going on here but Bot Farmers have exploded on PS4. And when they come back they actually interfere with active players ability to loot. The attached photo shows my character unable to actually loot anything after being harassed by a farmer. Can something be done about this?
