There is no distinction between a "PC NA account" or a "PC EU account" where ESO and ESO Plus are concerned; it is a "PC and Mac" account, whose Crowns and ESO Plus are shared by both servers. The fact that the characters, inventory, and Crown Store purchases are exclusive to the EU or NA server has no bearing on whether ESO Plus is active or inactive on the account; if there's a problem with ESO Plus, it will affect both servers.

Why not? It sometimes fixes the issue if it is specifically affecting your account. I had to do this once, and when you're working through a customer service rep you aren't going to get double charged for it.

I never lost my plus on the EU server. I play on both every day. There may not be a difference, account-wise but they are different servers and sometimes the bugs do not get triggered on both equally. Still, I hope the response for PC is better than we had on console.

The thing is, my last refund request of begin april took them 7 weeks to respond to...
You are better off applying for a refund and not resubbing at all with the current state of the servers imho.
