Does ZOS look at in-game bug reports submitted on PTS server, or only bug reports to PTS forum?

On PTS, I found a major game-breaking bug (exploit) and submitted a bug report via the in-game Customer Service/Feedback Bug reporting method. (A bug so serious it must be fixed before Greymoor goes "live.") I am concerned that this major bug still exists after four patches (still there after v6.0.4 patch today). Does ZOS look at the in-game Bug Reports submitted on PTS server , or only bug reports posted to PTS forum (official Update feedback threads)? Which method of bug-reporting is preferred by ZOS for the PTS server?

They say they prefer ingame bug reporting but they look at both (ingame and forum) anyway.

Maybe they have taken notice of your bug report but haven't found a fix yet. Or they don't consider it as game-breaking as you.

In game will work. However.... Even if they did consider it serious, it could take them a while to fix it. I think it is unlikely to stop them from rolling it out, though.

Actually, this bug (exploit) is so major, they most definitely should not go "live" with it.

If you've reported it ingame and don't want to "publish" it here, send a private message to @ZOS_GinaBruno with the details. Then you're sure you've done all you could, the rest lies in ZOS hands.

What is it? I need it, for research purposes.

They have probably gone live with worse, but that is their decision, not ours.

    Neither.

Tell a lie they fixed two bugs I reported on live. But on PTS who knows.

Thank you for your suggestion: I did not know about doing this.
