skin tone messed up after curing vampirism

I have a dunmer that was a vampire and i cured...now his skin tone is all kinda messed up...not 100% messed up but slightly off, like his real skin color was placed over another one and there is a second skin color shining through his skin...or like he was wearing a mostly transparent skin.... anyone ever had this and could fix it?
Already tried restarting, relogging, changing outfits, reloading ui etc...
