Buying sky shards in Crown Store
This is a very fast way to get skill points but on some zones it says "Requirement not met" why is this I have eso plus and have been in every zone in the game and bought every DLC or expansion.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sarannah✭✭✭✭✭You need to collect ALL skyshards in a zone first(achievement), before you can buy them on other characters. If you did do that already for the zone you are mentioning... log in to the character that has this achievement, then you will be able to buy it on other characters as well.
