Toppling Charge has been a major frustration also because sometimes it doesn't go off even when I have someone in front of me for at least five seconds. Sometimes my character will start the TC and play the sound but won't actually finish the attack. I've also had the problem with Purifying Light sometimes but not as frequently.
Sometimes I'll activate Ritual of Retribution and the animation will play but seconds later I'll realize that the skill never came out.
Illustrious Healing won't fire sometimes when I tap the button for the second time. The animation will play but the skill won't activate.
I don't know what's going on but I also seem to be unable to fire skills quickly. I have to wait a longer period of time after hitting one button to hit the next or the skill won't come out. If this is intentional, it really punishes a player for "getting good" because now the game can no longer keep up with the player. It feels like I'm being forced to slow down after time in made me fast.
Sometimes, I'll try to roll dodge to avoid an attack and my character will cancel it almost half-way into the animation and get smacked. I notice the same kind of stutter-step when I try to break free from a CC sometimes. The character will start to break free but then still be stuck in the CC. I'll hit the command like three times rapidly and watch my character start the motion but never complete it.
Since I'm in the mood to get stuff off my chest: bar swapping after a dodge roll or breaking free is still harder than bar swapping after performing attacks. It has caused me to miss important heals so many times because I wasn't able to switch to my back bar after performing one of these actions.
There. I think I got most of my frustrations out.
