Because of the cost increase in non vampire abilities heals will be very expensive as vampires don’t have a heal of there own. I was thinking maybe it would be a good idea to add minor mending to one of our vampire passives 🤔

If you're talking about the drain and blood mist, I encourage you to do anything competitive with those two skills and only use those two skills for healing.

    Spoiler alert; They're flipping abysmal.

Sated Fury is a powerful self heal when used right, but I agree you'll be using a lot of non-vampiric heals to charge that thing. Vampiric drain should've acted like coagulating blood where it has a flat value that increases based on your lost health, because right now the healing doesn't work very well if you have a small health pool.

Bloody mist is a very strong ability. The main thing is that there are a bunch of weak opponents around while you kill the stronger. Turned into mist and replenish your health at the expense of a multiplicity of opponents. At the same time on you almost zero damage goes. Then you turn off the fog and attack the main opponent. Checked in pve, I wonder how it will work in Cirodil?

Blood Mist is hot garbage against anyone who halfway knows what they're doing in PvP. The damage/healing are abysmal, you can't get healing from any other sources, and your magicka recovery is shut down (some classes can still get some here and there, like Templar with their rune). Lots of people have enough damage to kill you right through Blood Mist's damage reduction + the tiny heal.

The only purpose of that morph in PvP would be to potentially break stealthers, if you're actually able to get/stay close enough to them. Elusive Mist is the "real" PvP morph, and even that will oftentimes be worse than Race Against Time. Sure, RAT doesn't give you any damage reduction, but it also allows you to sprint, cast heals, receive heals from other players, interrupt cast-time/channeled abilities (like a Templar trying to execute you), or apply counterpressure.

I'm not saying that Mist Form is "useless" or anything, but you have to weigh its somewhat niche applications against the drawbacks it comes with. If a Mag Sorc casts a meteor on you, a really quick Mist Form cast is better than anything else, since there's no other way for you to avoid the incoming Streak-stun. But that's rarely what kills me in BGs, and being able to actually outpace (some) enemies with Major Expedition + Sprint is better than having to "tank" them with Mist Form and no way to heal or recover. There are multiple reasons that you basically never see Mist Form used in BGs on live nowadays, and the Vampire rework doesn't address any of them.

Let's count. Fog gives -75% to damage. Passive capacity is still -30% to damage. Also, different equipment can reduce incoming damage. Or some class skills.

I have to agree with wheem_ESO here. Bloodmist is NOT a PVP morph. It is very much a PVE morph for dealing mobs of dumb little targets. I can maybe see it being useful against PVP zerglings but you have to understand if they know what's happening they'll all run in different directions away from you. The Bloodmist effects is saying to everyone "Don't stand near me."

Elusive mist with the stage 2 passive is quite useful though. Just quickly toggling it gives you 300 extra spell and weapon damage for 6 seconds. Time it just right with Blood Frenzy and major Sorcery/Brutality to unleash a ridiculously powerful burst attack.

It 's a shame the fog doesn 't hit those in the same group. So you could take life away from other players, especially in dunges.

In what. An hour? You gonna stay in fog form and see how long it takes to kill someone or something before it kills you? LOL Good luck.

Riften for the cure? I'm on my way.
