It has been either unavailable or out of stock on all 4 US retailer and Bethesda store. Is it really all sold out or just currently unavailable as noted on Amazon due to the pandemic and will be available again when the country is about to reopen?

Have been a collector since launch through all expansions and really don't want to miss this one. Any news or update will be appreciated.
